Features
All tube 100 Watt guitar amp with 2 channels, split EQ, reverb, resonance and presence knobs, boost and bright switch.

I replaced the pre-amp tubes with JJ's. It does sound great with the stock tubes though.

The amp can handle anything from blues to hardrock and from jazz to metal. It does have a lack of bass, but that also depends on the guitar. A pedal helps a lot.

We don't use the stock cabinet, but it lacks even more bass than the amp itself. We use a Harley Benton G212 Vintage (with V30's), or a London City LCG-412. But sound noticably better than the stock cabinet.

Value for money
Well, it's all tube, 100 Watts and just above € 400. You really get a lot for your money.

------------

Pros
- Great sound
- Reliable
- It's cheap

------------

Cons
- It's not very pretty
- it doesn't come with a footpedal (had to buy that for € 35)

------------

Customer Support
Haven't had to deal with them.

Overall
This was one of the first 'cheap' all tube amps, and they kinda started a revolution. You get a great sound from this versatile amp and it doens't cost you an arm and a leg.

If it was stolen, I'd probably check more amps in this pricerange and then probably decide to buy another Valveking.
